This page explains how a customer account can be deleted from Solid Chemical Recycling Ltd, the security checks required before deletion, and the important implications customers should understand before continuing.
1. Who can delete an account
Account deletion from the dashboard is available to customer accounts only. Admin, staff, manager, account, and driver accounts must be handled by an authorized system administrator because those accounts may be connected to company operations, approvals, assignments, and audit responsibilities.
A customer must be logged in and must have an active 4-digit transaction PIN before the deletion form can be submitted.
2. Before you delete your account
- Withdraw any available wallet balance that is eligible for withdrawal and wait for pending payouts to be completed.
- Download or save any receipts, recycling request references, wallet references, or payout information you may need later.
- Resolve pending pickup requests, unpaid rewards, voucher issues, chat complaints, or support matters before deleting the account.
- Check that you are using your own device or a trusted device before entering your transaction PIN.
3. Deletion procedure inside the customer account
- Login to your customer account using your registered email or phone number and password.
- Open the Profile page from your customer dashboard menu.
- Set and save your 4-digit Transaction PIN / Withdrawal Approval PIN if you have not set it before.
- Scroll to the Delete Account section on the Profile page.
- Carefully read the strong warning and implications displayed on the page.
- Enter your 4-digit transaction PIN in the deletion form.
- Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT exactly in the confirmation field.
- Tick the acknowledgement box confirming that you understand the warning.
- Click Delete My Account Permanently and confirm the final browser warning.
4. What happens after deletion
- Your login access is removed and you are logged out immediately.
- Your active profile details, phone number, payout/bank details, profile picture, password, and transaction PIN are removed from the active customer account.
- Your account is blocked from normal login to prevent further use.
- Your wallet balance at the point of deletion is recorded for audit purposes.
- Some records such as recycling requests, vouchers, wallet transactions, withdrawals, receipts, chats, notifications, activity logs, and audit history may be retained as company records for reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal, tax, accounting, and operational purposes.
5. Important implications
- Deletion cannot be reversed from the customer dashboard.
- Pending withdrawal, unpaid reward, pickup request, voucher claim, or complaint may no longer be accessible from your customer dashboard after deletion.
- If you delete the account by mistake, recovery is not guaranteed and may require support or admin review where legally and technically possible.
- Creating a new account later may not automatically restore your old wallet, request history, receipts, or payout records.
6. If you cannot access your account
If you cannot login but want your customer account reviewed for deletion, contact Solid Chemical Recycling Ltd support with your registered name, email address or phone number, and any useful account reference. The company may ask for verification before acting on the request to prevent unauthorized deletion.
