We only request information that is relevant to account creation, service delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, compliance, reporting, and improving the platform.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage user, driver, and admin accounts.
- To process pickup/drop-off requests, verify recyclable materials, and calculate rewards.
- To maintain wallet balances, withdrawal requests, payout records, receipts, and transaction history.

3. Payments, wallet, and payout data
Payment and payout information may be processed through approved payment service providers. We store transaction references, verification responses, payment status, wallet ledger entries, withdrawal records, and payout audit trails to protect both the customer and the company.
Sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers or banking login details should not be sent through chat, contact forms, or support messages. Payment provider systems may apply their own privacy and security practices.
4. Location, photos, and pickup evidence
Where location services are enabled, the platform may capture latitude, longitude, accuracy, and timestamp data to help drivers or administrators locate pickup points and verify requests. Uploaded photos may be used as evidence of recyclable material condition, quantity, collection, verification, or dispute review.
You should only upload photos and location details that relate to your recycling request and should avoid including unnecessary personal or third-party information.

6. Data security and retention

No digital platform can guarantee absolute security, so users must also protect their login details and devices.
