1. Eligibility and account use

• You must provide accurate registration, contact, location, and payout information.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
• You must not create fake accounts, impersonate another person, manipulate records, or abuse referral, wallet, or request features.
• Administrators, staff, drivers, and customers must only use the access level assigned to them.

2. Recycling requests and verification

Estimated weights, categories, and values entered by customers are provisional. Final reward values are subject to inspection, collection, verification, contamination checks, condition review, company pricing rules, and administrative approval.

The company may reject, cancel, adjust, or flag requests that are inaccurate, duplicated, suspicious, unsafe, contaminated, outside supported service areas, below minimum quantity, or inconsistent with platform rules.

3. Pricing, rewards, wallet, and withdrawals

• Waste prices may change based on material type, quality, market conditions, location, handling cost, or company policy.
• Wallet credits are made only after a request has been verified and approved through the platform workflow.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum withdrawal amount, account verification, available wallet balance, payout provider availability, fraud checks, and admin approval where required.
• The current default minimum withdrawal setting is ₦2,000.00, unless changed by the administrator.
• Failed, reversed, duplicated, or suspicious transactions may be reviewed and corrected before payout.

4. Driver, pickup, and drop-off responsibilities

• Customers must provide safe, accurate, and accessible pickup/drop-off information.
• Drivers must follow assigned job instructions, record accurate collection details, and avoid unauthorized changes.
• The platform may use request photos, location data, timelines, and notes to resolve collection or verification disputes.
• Unsafe, unlawful, hazardous, or restricted materials may be refused.

5. Prohibited activities

• Attempting unauthorized access, bypassing permissions, probing security controls, or tampering with the database or application.
• Submitting false weights, fake photos, false locations, duplicate pickup claims, or misleading payout information.
• Uploading malicious files, harmful scripts, spam, abusive messages, or content that violates rights of others.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, illegal waste handling, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

6. Suspension, correction, and termination

We may limit, suspend, block, or terminate access where an account violates these terms, presents a security risk, abuses the platform, submits suspicious requests, or creates operational/legal risk. We may also correct balances, reverse entries, update statuses, or preserve records where necessary for audit and dispute resolution.

7. Service availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the website and services available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, internet issues, third-party service downtime, payment provider delays, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and should be used with accurate information and responsible judgment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, device issues, network failures, unauthorized account use caused by user negligence, or delays caused by third-party providers.

8. Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect operational, legal, payment, security, or service changes. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
